The Legislation Issues 2013

Since early 2013 to December 2013, the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department has, in coordination with concerned Government entities in Dubai, prepared (123) separate pieces of legislation; being (16) laws, (49) decrees and (9) resolutions issued by His Highness the Ruler of Dubai, (46) Executive Council resolutions and (1) Regulation issued by His Highness the Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council, and (2) administrative resolutions issued by directors of Government entities in Dubai.

The Laws:
- Law No. (3) of 2013 Concerning the Dubai Corporation for Festivals and Retail Sector Promotion.
- Law No. (4) of 2013 Concerning Notaries Public in the Emirate of Dubai.

- Law No. (7) of 2013 Concerning the Land Department.

- Law No. (8) of 2013 Concerning the Human Resources Management of Directors General in the Government of Dubai.
- Law No. (9) of 2013 Establishing Al Jalila Centre for Child Culture.
- Law No. (11) of 2013 Concerning Health Insurance in the Emirate of Dubai.
- Law No. (12) of 2013 Amending Law No. (28) of 2009 Concerning the Appointment of Retirees in Government Entities in the Emirate of Dubai.
- Law No. (13) of 2013 Establishing the Dubai Islamic Economy Development Centre.
