Service Name Amendments to Legal Consultant Registration
Service Description:
A legal consultant is required to notify the Department, in writing, within fourteen (14) days of a change in his or her:

  (a) Employment;
  (b) Name or personal details, including contact details held by the Directorate;
  (c) Passport or residency visa details; and
  (d) Change of registration status on the Roll.
Forms: -
Service Fees: The applicable fees for the amendment of the registration of a legal consultant are AED 500 per amendment required.

All applications relating to legal consultancy firms must be submitted in person accompanied by original documents to the Advocates and Legal Consultants Directorate:
