Service Description:
Applicants wishing to establish a sole establishment legal consultancy firm must complete the ‘Legal Consultancy Firm – Sole Establishment Licence Application Form’ and submit it to the Department.
The Department is free at any stage during the application process to require any further information or documents it deems appropriate.
Forms: Sole Establishment Licence Application Form
Service Fees: The applicable fees for establishing a new legal consultancy firm are AED 3,000 payable for each legal consultant registered with the firm at the time of establishment.
