Service Description:
Applicants wishing to establish a branch of a legal consultancy firm must complete the ‘Legal Consultancy Firm – Licence Application to Establish a Branch Office Form’ and submit it to the Department.
Forms: Licence Application to Establish a Branch Office Form
Service Fees: The applicable fees for establishing a branch of a foreign legal consultancy firm are AED 3,000 payable for each legal consultant (with a minimum payment levied of AED 15,000 ).
Service Center and Contact Details: All applications relating to legal consultancy firms must be submitted in person accompanied by original documents to the Advocates and Legal Consultants Directorate:
