Service Description:
Licence Application to Establish a Branch of an Advocacy Firm
Anyone wishing to establish a branch of an advocacy firm should submit an application to the Advocates and Legal Consultants Directorate attaching the documents required pursuant to the Department’s procedures.

Licence Application for Sole Establishment Advocacy Firm
Anyone wishing to establish a branch of an advocacy firm should submit an application to the Advocates and Legal Consultants Directorate attaching the documents required pursuant to the Department’s procedures.
 
Notes:
The Department is free at any stage during the application process to require any further information or documents it deems appropriate.
Forms: Application to Establish a Branch / Sole Establishment of a Law Firm Form
Service Fees: The applicable fees for establishing a new advocacy firm are AED 3,000 payable for each advocate and legal consultant registered with the firm at the time of establishment.
