Amendments to Advocate Registration

 
Service Name Amendments to Advocate Registration
Service Description:
An advocate is required to notify the Department, in writing, within fourteen (14) days of a change in his or her:
 
(a) Employment;
(b) Name or personal details, including contact details held by the Directorate;
(c) Passport or residency visa details; and
(d) Change of registration status on the Roll.
Forms: -
Service Fees: The applicable fees for the amendment of the registration of an advocate are AED 500 per amendment required.
