Service Name Application for Initial Registration of Advocates
Service Description:
The Department is mandated to maintain the Roll of Advocates. The following are the categories of registration on the Roll;
 
(a) Practising advocates; 
(b) Non-practising advocates;
Forms: -
Service Fees: The applicable fees for the initial registration of an advocate are as follows:
  1. AED 2,000 for a new registration of an advocate
  2. AED 1,000 for a new registration of an advocate (UAE National)

All applications relating to advocacy firms must be submitted to the Advocates and Legal Consultants Directorate at the following address:
